Our Roots

At its core, Our Precious Plants was born from recovery, faith, and the healing power of growing something living. Gardening gave me a place to slow down, rebuild, and see proof that life can still grow after hard seasons. In the soil, I found peace, purpose, discipline, and a deeper gratitude for God’s creation. What started as part of my healing has grown into a mission to inspire, encourage, educate, and create community. Through TikTok teaching, hands-on garden setup, community classes, local plant sales, and beginner-friendly support, Our Precious Plants helps people grow food, care for plants, and feel less alone while learning. Whether someone has a backyard, a patio, a windowsill, or one houseplant, they are welcomed into a space where questions are safe, progress is celebrated, and growth is possible — in the garden, in the home, and in themselves.
